Welcome to Casa Serenity, your quiet island retreat just a short walk from the powder-soft sand and turquoise water of West Bay Beach. Our three-story home is designed for comfort, simplicity, and relaxation — perfect for families, couples, and small groups looking to unwind while staying close to everything Roatán has to offer.

Whether you’re sipping coffee on the rooftop with a tropical breeze, lounging in a hammock after a day at the beach, or cooking dinner with friends in the fully stocked kitchen, Casa Serenity offers the perfect blend of privacy and convenience.

Rooftop Patio & Outdoor Spaces

Casa Serenity is located on a quiet, private circle street with just three houses, offering a peaceful and safe environment that is still very walkable and family-friendly. Although the home is not inside a gated community, a nearby resort entrance with a 24-hour security guard stand is visible from the front door, adding an extra sense of comfort. Please note that the home has multiple steep staircases both inside and outside, which may be challenging for elderly guests or those with mobility concerns.

      Sleeping Arrangements

Casa Serenity comfortably sleeps 6 guests, with an option for 1 additional child if needed.

      • Bedroom 1: Queen bed

      • Bedroom 2: Queen bed

      • Bedroom 3: Full-size bed

      All bedrooms feature:

      • Mini-split air conditioning

      • Ceiling fans

      • TVs with HDMI ports for Fire TV Stick or laptop connections

      Additional sleeping options:

      • Small twin foam mattress or inflatable twin mattress (good for a child)

      • Couch

Note: Space is limited — the house is not suitable for groups larger than 6 adults.

      Bathrooms

Casa Serenity has two full bathrooms, each equipped with walk-in showers and hot water. There are no bathtubs in the home, and the upstairs bathroom is shared by all three bedrooms. Both bathrooms are simple, clean, and practical — everything you need after a day at the beach or exploring West Bay.

      Indoor Comfort & Amenities

Inside the home, you’ll enjoy reliable high-speed Wi-Fi at 300 Mbps, TVs with HDMI ports in each bedroom, and a Samsung TV with Roku in the living room so you can access your own streaming accounts. A hot-and-cold drinking water dispenser is provided, along with three five-gallon jugs of water to get you started. The home has an open and comfortable layout, and we’ve included board games and books for quiet evenings together. For guests staying longer than a week, a washer and dryer are available to use.

        Kitchen & Dining

Our kitchen includes everything you need to prepare meals during your stay:

        • Coffee maker

        • 5-gallon drinking water dispenser (with 3 jugs included — more available for delivery)

        • Blender

        • Microwave

        • Gas stove & oven

        • Instant Pot

        • Pots, pans & cooking utensils

        • Basic starter items: paper towels, toilet paper, salt, pepper, and coffee

Washer & dryer available for guests staying longer than one week.

        Transportation

Getting to Casa Serenity is simple and stress-free. Our trusted driver can pick you up from the airport, take you to the grocery store, and bring you directly to the house for a $50 cash fee. For first-time visitors, we generally don’t recommend renting a car because most attractions, restaurants, and beach access points are within easy walking distance. Water taxis are readily available at the end of our street and can take you to the West End or nearby restaurants for $5 per person, and our driver can assist with arranging land taxis to any part of the island. There’s also a small grocery store just a short walk away, making it easy to gather any essentials during your stay.

        Neighborhood & Safety

Casa Serenity is located on a quiet, private circle street with just three houses, offering a peaceful and safe environment that is still very walkable and family-friendly. Although the home is not inside a gated community, a nearby resort entrance with a 24-hour security guard stand is visible from the front door, adding an extra sense of comfort. What to Expect

Staying at Casa Serenity means experiencing the relaxed pace of island life. Mornings are peaceful with gentle breezes and the sounds of local birds, while evenings are calm and perfect for stargazing from the rooftop. The neighborhood is friendly and walkable, with a laid-back atmosphere that allows you to fully unwind. You may occasionally hear the everyday sounds of island living — boats, roosters, and wildlife — which adds to the authentic Roatán experience.

        Island Utilities

As with many islands, occasional power or internet outages can happen in Roatán. These interruptions are typically short, often lasting between two and three hours or less, and service usually returns without any action needed. While Casa Serenity does not have a generator, most nearby resorts do, which means the surrounding area often recovers power quickly. Once service is restored, the home’s Wi-Fi system reconnects automatically.
